Meet Glenndarcy WearWash®, our reusable dog nappy with built-in absorbency. Like all or our products, this product is designed to make everyday care that little bit easier.
No separate washable pads to insert, position or remove. WearWash features a soft, four-layer absorbent pad sewn directly into the garment, creating a convenient all-in-one solution for female dogs in season, light urinary leakage and managing incontinence.

Four Layers of Built-In Absorbency
WearWash has four absorbent layers permanently sewn into the garment.
Its carefully selected materials work together:
Outer Layer – Waterproof PUL
Made from 100% polyester laminated with a TPU waterproof membrane. This breathable, waterproof fabric provides a protective outer barrier against wetness.
Inner Lining – Soft Microfleece
Made from 100% polyester, the soft microfleece lining offers comfort against your dog’s body and helps wick moisture towards the absorbent section.
Built-In Absorbent Core – Four Layers of Microfibre Terry fabric
Made from 87% polyester and 13% nylon, this highly absorbent fabric is designed to hold liquid within its fibres and retain its absorbent properties through repeated washing.

Can WearWash Help with Urinary Incontinence?
Yes! WearWash may be suitable for dogs experiencing light urinary leakage or occasional accidents.
For dogs with heavier or more frequent incontinence, its suitability will depend on the volume of urine passed and how often the garment is checked and changed.
Extra protection at night
WearWash may also be useful as part of a night time incontinence routine. For dogs that require additional absorbency, a suitable disposable pad can be added if it fits comfortably, although this will increase the bulk of the garment.
Every dog is different, so finding the right level of protection may involve a little trial and error. WearWash should not be assumed to provide leak-free protection throughout the night without checking.
How to Use WearWash
- Fit WearWash comfortably around your dog, ensuring the absorbent section is correctly positioned.
- Check regularly for moisture, soiling or signs that the garment needs changing.
- Remove promptly when wet or soiled, and replace with a clean, dry garment.
- Wash the entire nappy following the garment care instructions.
- Allow to dry thoroughly before its next use.
For convenience, we recommend having spare WearWash nappies available so your dog always has a clean, dry one ready.
Important Information
WearWash is designed to absorb moisture, but absorbency is not unlimited. The amount of protection required varies according to your dog’s size, urine output, activity and individual needs.
The garment must be checked frequently and changed as necessary. Prolonged contact with urine or moisture can cause discomfort and skin irritation.
WearWash is not a contraceptive garment and should not be relied upon to prevent mating.
