When will my Order be Sent?

UK orders are sent out the next working day (eg, order on a Thursday, the order will be sent on the Friday). We also endeavour to send orders made before 10am on the same working day.

Most orders less than £16.99 (if they are Large Letter size) are sent Royal Mail 24 so if you need a product quick, please purchase one product. (Our size Large to XXXL pants and 2 washable pads are parcel size).
Shipping timing guidelines for Royal Mail 24 are 1 to 3 working days- if Royal Mail make their delivery timescales - it's the next working day.

Orders £16.99 and more are sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked Parcel.
Shipping timing guidelines for Royal Mail 48 Tracked Parcel are 2 to 3 working days- although typically it's the second working day. 

Orders £60 and over - FREE Delivery - sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked Parcel.

Parcel size orders made between the approximate times of 10am Thursday to 10am Friday will probably be sent out Evri (Autumn to Spring).  This shortens delivery times - may arrive Sunday or Monday. If you still wish to be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 please advise at time of purchase. We may also send out some orders Evri depending on other factors.

EU orders are sent Royal Mail International or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (or Signed or Tracked depending on the country).

Europe recommended delivery times - 3 to 5 working days (from experience, Italy and Spain may take 7 - 10 working days).

EU - NO Custom Charges

We have EU IOSS VAT Registration Number IM2500025161.  This number is provided electronically to your country's custom authorities which means no parcel custom administration fee, import duty or VAT is required.  The IOSS badge is also printed out on the postage label for your package. 

Please note you can only order up to £115 per order (plus £8.99 postage) as the new EU rules only allow up to 150 Euros.  If you wish to purchase more than £115 of our products, please purchase in separate orders.

Overseas orders are sent Royal Mail International or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (or Signed or Tracked depending on the country).

Rest of the World recommended delivery times - 5 to 7 working days (from experience 7 to 21 working days).

Please note - different countries have different speeds depending on the national postal service. Remember, goods can get caught up in customs prolonging the delivery time. We are not responsible for customs fees.

Custom Charges

All International orders that are not within the EU may have customs charges applied.  You will not be charged 20% VAT on your order.  Depending on the country they may charge an administration fee, import duty and appropriate taxes. We are not responsible for these charges.
