Made with a waterproof PUL outer fabric and a soft bamboo-cotton lining, these reusable dog pants are designed to be worn with a suitable absorbent pad.
Our popper fastening design offers a secure, adjustable waistband and can be particularly useful for dogs with a larger waist but a shorter body length.
Why Choose Poppers Instead of Velcro?
Both fastening styles have their advantages - poppers offer some important differences.

Secure fastening: Once properly fastened, poppers can be less likely to work loose during normal movement.

More usable waist adjustment: Poppers can be securely fastened on the outermost setting, allowing the full available waistband range to be used.

Ideal for certain body shapes: Particularly useful for dogs needing a larger waist measurement without moving up to a longer nappy.

No Velcro overlap required: Velcro needs approximately 1½ inches (4 cm) of overlap for a reliable hold, whereas poppers can remain securely fastened on the last row.
This means that a dog who needs the body length of a Medium nappy but has a comparatively broad waist may find the popper fastening style a better fit.

Choosing the Correct Size
Please use the Popper Fastening Size Chart for this product. The measurements differ from our Velcro fastening female dog nappies.
Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, and even dogs of the same breed can have very different proportions.
Getting the right fit
Please measure your dog carefully before ordering, both standing and sitting. Their waist and tummy measurements can change when sitting, and thick or fluffy coats may require additional room.
Glenndarcy uses its own sizing system. To avoid disappointment, please don't choose a size based solely on breed, weight, photographs or the size your dog normally wears.
Every dog is unique. A medium-sized Labrador, for example, will not necessarily fit a size Medium Glenndarcy dog nappy.
Always check our size chart carefully, particularly if your dog is close to the upper end of a size range.
Our popper fastening design may allow you to accommodate a larger waist within the same body length, so check the full range of popper adjustments before deciding.
If your dog has unusual proportions or doesn’t fit comfortably within the standard size chart, our Glenndarcy Flexi-Pants may be a better option, offering adjustment in three areas for a more tailored fit.
Choosing Your Absorbent Pads
Our waterproof-backed washable Eco Pads provide a reusable absorbent option for compatible Glenndarcy dog nappies. They attach using the poppers inside the nappy.
Choose your nappy with or without two washable Eco Pads. Additional Eco Pads can be purchased separately.
For heavier urine output, consider a suitable disposable incontinence pad or baby nappy, using the Glenndarcy dog nappy to help hold it in position.
Important: The waterproof fabric does not absorb liquid. Correct pad absorbency and positioning are essential, as moisture can escape around the edges if the pad becomes saturated or gaps develop when your dog moves or curls up.
Washable Eco Pad Size Guide
Our waterproof-backed washable Eco Pads are available in the following sizes for female dog nappies:
- Small dog pants: Size A
- Medium and Medium Long dog pants: Size B
- Large, XL and XXXL dog pants: Size D
Our Glenndarcy washable Eco Pads have a multi-layer construction, with six fabric layers in sizes A–D.

Top layer: Soft synthetic suede helps moisture move towards the absorbent layers beneath.

Absorbent middle layers: Four layers of bamboo-cotton fabric in sizes A–D help absorb and retain moisture.

Base layer: Waterproof-backed synthetic suede helps prevent moisture passing through the underside of the pad.
The washable pads attach to compatible Glenndarcy nappies using poppers.
Important: Washable and disposable pads should be checked regularly and changed promptly when wet or soiled.
Care Instructions
Machine wash at 30°C using non-biological detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Do not iron.
For additional cleaning and odour control, consider a suitable antibacterial laundry cleanser, following the manufacturer's instructions.
