Designed for female dogs in season or experiencing urinary incontinence, these waterproof dog pants offer a practical solution without a conventional tail hole.
Unlike standard female dog nappies, No Tail Hole Flexi-Pants adjust in two different areas, allowing you to adapt the waistband and body length to your dog’s individual shape.
Made from waterproof PUL fabric, manufacturer-tested to a 10,000 mm hydrostatic head rating, and lined with soft microfleece, these reusable dog nappies combine comfort, practicality and greater fitting flexibility.

Choosing Your Absorbent Pads
The Flexi-Pants fabric is waterproof, not absorbent. An appropriate absorbent pad must be used inside to collect moisture.
Our waterproof-backed washable Eco Pads are suitable for light urinary incontinence, occasional dribbling and dogs in season. They attach using the poppers inside the pants.
Choose your Flexi-Pants with or without two washable Eco Pads. Additional pads can be purchased separately.
For heavier urine output, consider a suitable disposable human incontinence pad or appropriately sized baby nappy, using the Glenndarcy Flexi-Pants to help hold it in position.
When selecting your size, consider the type and thickness of pad you intend to use. A thicker, higher-absorbency disposable pad may require additional room for a comfortable fit.
Important: Correct pad absorbency, positioning and fit are essential. Moisture may escape around the edges if the pad becomes saturated, moves out of position or gaps develop when your dog moves, sits or curls up.
Check pads regularly and change or wash them as necessary.

Getting the Right Fit
Please measure your dog carefully before ordering, both standing and sitting.
Your dog’s waist and tummy measurements can change when sitting or lying down. Allow sufficient room for comfortable movement, particularly if your dog has a thick or fluffy coat.
Glenndarcy uses its own sizing system, and our products can be smaller than customers expect. Please do not choose a size based solely on breed, weight, photographs or the size your dog normally wears.
Every dog is different! Two French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs or Boston Terriers of similar weight can have very different body shapes and measurements.
When choosing your size:
- Measure around your dog’s waist where the Flexi-Pants will sit.
- Take measurements with your dog both standing and sitting.
- Check the body length measurements to ensure sufficient coverage.
- Allow additional room for thick or fluffy coats.
- Consider the thickness of the absorbent pad you intend to use.

If your dog is at the upper end of a size range, we recommend choosing the next size up, provided the other measurements are suitable.
- Check your dog’s individual tail shape and position to ensure a No Tail Hole design is appropriate.
The Flexi-Pants should fit securely without being too tight, allowing your dog to sit, stand, walk and lie down comfortably.

Although Flexi-Pants offer greater adjustability, choosing the correct size is still essential.
How to Adjust Your No Tail Hole Flexi-Pants
1. Position the pants
Place the Flexi-Pants around your dog’s hindquarters, bringing the section containing the absorbent pad between the back legs.
Ensure the pants sit comfortably and provide sufficient coverage without restricting movement.
2. Adjust the waistband
Bring the adjustable waistband straps across your dog’s back and secure using the touch fastening.
Adjust until the waistband sits comfortably without being too tight. Press the fastening firmly to ensure it is secure.
3. Adjust the body length
Use the elasticated side adjustments to alter the overall length of the pants to suit your dog’s body shape.
Once you are satisfied with the fit, any excess elastic may be carefully trimmed if necessary.
Always check that your dog can move, sit and lie down comfortably after making adjustments.
Ideal for Dogs with Unusual Body Shapes
If you’ve struggled to find a female dog nappy that fits your short-tailed dog properly, Glenndarcy No Tail Hole Flexi-Pants are worth considering.
Their adjustable waistband and body length provide greater fitting flexibility than conventional No Tail Hole dog nappies.
They can be particularly useful for dogs with narrow waists, rounded tummies, thick coats or unusual proportions.
However, even highly adjustable pants must be selected using your dog’s actual measurements.
Please check your dog’s tail shape and position carefully, as not every short-tailed dog will suit a design without a tail opening.
Care Instructions
Machine wash at 30°C using non-biological detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Do not iron.
