When will my Order be Sent?

 

UK orders are sent out the next working day (eg, order on a Thursday, the order will be sent on the Friday). We also endeavour to send orders made before 10.00am on the same working day.

If you need your order quickly, we have a Royal Mail Tracked 24 option under our 'Accessories' navigation bar'.  Please add this to your shopping cart.

Many orders less than £16.99 (if they are Large Letter size) are usually sent Royal Mail 24 so if you need a product quick, please purchase one product. (Our size Large to XXXL with 2 washable pads are parcel size).
Shipping timing guidelines for Royal Mail 24 are 1 to 3 working days- if Royal Mail make their delivery timescales - it's the next working day.

Orders £16.99 and above are usually sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 Parcel.
Shipping timing guidelines for Royal Mail 48 Tracked Parcel are 2 to 3 working days - although typically it's the second working day.

Blankets may be sent Evri - shipping timing guidelines are 2 to 4 days- although typically it's the second day.

All orders between the 15 November and 14 January are sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48.  This is due to the busy mail season (Black Friday and Christmas).  During this time Royal Mail prioritise Tracked 48 parcels.  Experience over the last five years indicates Royal Mail de-prioritise Large Letter 24 - with customers letting us know some taking up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Orders £60 and over - FREE Delivery - sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked Parcel.

Environment - most of our products are not enclosed in product plastic packaging to help the environment.  We don't believe there is a need to double up on plastic packaging (ie polylope mailer and plastic product packaging)  Products are sent in the outer packaging which is either a carboard envelope or recycled plastic packaging.

EU orders are sent Royal Mail International or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (or Signed or Tracked depending on the country).

Europe recommended delivery times - 3 to 5 working days (from experience, Italy and Spain may take 7 - 10 working days).

EU - NO Custom Charges

We have EU IOSS VAT Registration Number IM2500025161.  This number is provided electronically to your country's custom authorities which means no parcel custom administration fee, import duty or VAT is required.  The IOSS badge is also printed out on the postage label for your package. 

Please note you can only order up to £115 per order (plus £8.99 postage) as the new EU rules only allow up to 150 Euros.  If you wish to purchase more than £115 of our products, please purchase in separate orders.

Overseas orders are sent Royal Mail International or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (or Signed or Tracked depending on the country).

Rest of the World recommended delivery times - 5 to 7 working days (from experience 7 to 21 working days).

Please note - different countries have different speeds depending on the national postal service. Remember, goods can get caught up in customs prolonging the delivery time. We are not responsible for customs fees.

Custom Charges

All International orders that are not within the EU may have customs charges applied.  You will not be charged 20% VAT on your order.  Depending on the country they may charge an administration fee, import duty and appropriate taxes. We are not responsible for these charges.
