We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. Please remove any dog hair from the unused products when the product was tried on before returning. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any returns we receive outside the 30 days will not be refunded - the products will be passed onto one of our dog charities.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return package if returning with several products. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery for any return.
Glenndarcy will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to Glenndarcy is paid for by the customer. Please ensure you pay the correct postage - we will not go to the local Royal Mail depot to pick up a package and pay the additional postage charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For reasons of hygiene and health, refunds are not available for used dog clothing products (products are to be free of dog hair, urine, blood, faeces, unwashed and un-perfumed - the product will be checked with a black light). Unlike human underwear which is non-refundable we like to help out dogs, hence we accept unused, resalable returns.
We will also not refund for products that are damaged by dogs - eg bite marks/holes and tears.
Reusable pads - these have a label on the plastic outer saying if opened they are not refundable for hygiene reasons. Any reusable pads received back where the plastic outer has been opened, will not be refunded.
We do not accept exchanges - mainly due to our products being priced according to size, the time taken to produce the product and the amount of fabric used.
The fastest way to attain a different product/size is to return the product that doesn't fit and order again.
Returns will take approximately 2-4 working days to process once the goods have arrived.
Returned products that are not in a resalable condition will be donated to our local dog rescue charities (we will not contact customers to advise their return is not in a refundable condition).
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Postage & Packaging costs and charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
